Axiom Software Solutions Limited is hiring a QA Automation Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on automated tests using Selenium and related frameworks. Your focus will be on test management, standardization, and the integration of testing processes into overall project plans.
What You'll Do
- Manage, standardize, organize, and report on tests using tools like Jira.
- Integrate tests into project plans using Confluence.
- Design, model, and specify test cases.
- Execute tests and meticulously document results.
- Report on tests, optimize processes, and automate test statistics.
- Identify further test KPIs.
- Introduce test frameworks or architectures with a coaching and consulting mindset.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of practical experience in test management, design, execution, and reporting from a minimum of 3 projects with complex testing.
- Proven practical experience in test execution and documentation from at least 3 projects with complex testing.
- Hands-on experience in test reporting, documentation, and optimization from at least 3 projects with complex testing.
- Experience working in development and test teams of more than 5 members from at least 2 proven projects with complex tests.
- Experience with Java coding within Selenium.
- Experience with test frameworks like Cucumber BDD and TestNG.
- Experience using Excel for data-driven automation (e.g., Apache POI).
- Knowledge of handling frames and dropdowns in Selenium.
- Experience with design patterns like Page Object Model and Page Factory.
- Experience with reporting structures like Extent Reporting and Allure Reporting.
- Experience with object identification in Selenium.
- Experience in test automation from at least 2 projects with complex tests.
Nice to Have
- Experience in test design from at least 3 projects with complex tests in the last 4 years.
- Experience introducing test frameworks or test architecture with a coaching approach from at least 2 projects with complex tests in the last 4 years.
- Experience with databases (e.g., Oracle) from at least 2 projects with complex tests in the last 4 years.
- Experience in continuous integration from at least 2 projects with complex tests in the last 4 years.
- Certification in UML Foundation (e.g., UML for testers).
- Experience automating Appian applications and connecting Appian with Selenium.
