The QA Automation Engineer will develop and maintain automated testing solutions for a growing home design product available across multiple platforms, including iOS, macOS, Web, Android, and Windows. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage automated test scripts for applications on iOS, macOS, Web, Android, and Windows platforms
- Work closely with product, development, and delivery teams to ensure product quality
- Track and communicate test progress using modern testing tools and methodologies
- Actively contribute to team knowledge by sharing best practices, insights, and testing strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in test automation, with at least 2 years focused on iOS or Android native applications
- Strong programming experience in Java and Kotlin, or willingness to learn Kotlin
- Skilled in using automation tools such as Selenium and Appium, along with testing frameworks like JUnit and TestNG
- Experience working with API technologies including REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and SOAP
- Hands-on experience with development environments such as Xcode, Android Studio, and IntelliJ or other JetBrains IDEs
- Familiarity with browser developer tools in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, and basic JavaScript proficiency
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Knowledge of the Russian language
