The analyst ensures data accuracy within the JDE database, supporting reliable cost tracking and reporting. Core responsibilities include processing house budgets aligned with construction schedules and adjusting them as vendor assignments or project needs change.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry and documentation for vendor information and purchasing activities
- Update and maintain house budgets, including change orders and cost adjustments
- Collaborate with trade partners, construction managers, and sales to resolve day-to-day operational questions
- Support month-end processes, including closing cost updates and lot cost revisions
- Process property tax reimbursements and billing documentation
- Compile and verify vendor bid data for evaluation by procurement leadership
- Review option pricing quarterly to ensure margin targets are met
- Work with leadership to define bid criteria and improve data structure efficiency
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve builder productivity
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager
