Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations during studio hours
- Greet clients and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Support membership sales and renewals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts
- Assist in organizing class schedules and events
- Promote studio programs and special offerings
- Track sales performance and customer feedback
- Ensure studio cleanliness and presentation standards
- Train new staff on customer service protocols
- Coordinate with instructors for scheduling needs
- Process payments and manage billing systems
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads
- Monitor inventory of retail and studio supplies
- Implement marketing campaigns within the studio
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Uphold safety policies and emergency procedures
- Report operational issues to senior management
- Contribute ideas for improving client experience
- Support community outreach and promotional events
