Responsibilities
- Process and organize incoming and outgoing documentation
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems
- Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
- Support team members with task tracking
- Respond to internal requests for information
- Verify data entries for completeness and correctness
- Follow established procedures for document routing
- Communicate with team leads to confirm task status
- Prepare reports from collected data sets
- Identify discrepancies in records and flag for review
- Adhere to security protocols when handling sensitive information
- Meet productivity benchmarks consistently
- Participate in training sessions for process updates
- Escalate issues according to defined workflows
- Maintain confidentiality of all handled materials
