Responsibilities
- Enjoy the freedom to practice in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference
- Caseloads build quickly, as confirmed by any current company member
- We are expanding by forming teams that include multiple therapists and a prescriber
- We prioritize regular collaboration with your assigned prescribers, at least once a month, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
- Clinical work is conducted from home, with days and hours chosen by the clinician
- Clinical team meetings are held virtually
- Compensation is hourly, with a medical insurance benefit available for therapists who can commit to full-time hours
- We seek someone excited to actively collaborate in a team-based format to ensure coordination between psychiatric and counselor providers
