Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model.
- Customize care for each patient, with autonomy to determine visit frequency and session length.
- Perform medication management and individual psychotherapy, as well as family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Create your own schedule, typically between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Focus on patient care without any on-call responsibilities beyond your own patients.
- Provide clinical care and complete documentation after each treatment session.
Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric conditions under the supervision of a consulting psychiatrist.
