Mindful is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide essential psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to patients remotely, expanding access to mental health care.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments via telehealth
- Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications as clinically indicated
- Provide psychotherapy and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of North Carolina
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- National board certification as a PMHNP
- Proficiency in conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing, and prescribing
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be licensed to practice and reside in North Carolina.
