Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain provider partnerships aligned with regional market objectives
- Analyze provider landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and competitive positioning
- Support the design and growth of commercial provider networks with an emphasis on value-based structures

Qualifications
Candidates should bring 1–3 years of experience in provider contracting or healthcare administration. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though substantial industry experience may substitute. Residency in Central Pennsylvania is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
Work Environment
