Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Provider Contracting Lead Analyst to support our Commercial network strategy. In this remote role based in Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for cultivating provider relationships, understanding the competitive landscape, and negotiating contracts within an assigned market.
What You'll Do
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective providers within an assigned market.
- Understand the interrelationships and competitive landscape of providers in your geographic area.
- Analyze the dynamics of provider networks to support strategic positioning and identify value-oriented opportunities.
- Participate in and negotiate contracts with current and potential providers for Commercial products.
- Work closely with internal and external teams including Manager, Provider Service, Provider Data Management, Fee Schedule Management, Regional Director, Legal, Network Analytics, Compliance, and Sales.

- 1-3 years of experience in a Provider Contracting or Healthcare Administration role.

- Bachelor's degree (significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
