Responsibilities
- Overseeing the complete proposal process from initial RFP receipt to final submission
- Analyzing RFP documents and evaluation criteria to provide clear direction to team members
- Creating detailed proposal timelines, structural outlines, compliance trackers, and assigning tasks
- Collaborating with experts across departments during all stages of proposal development
- Leading review cycles, integrating feedback, and maintaining strategic and compliance alignment
- Ensuring all submissions follow established writing, editing, and visual branding guidelines
- Handling document management, including secure storage of RFPs, approvals, and final deliverables
- Assisting with post-submission tasks such as responses to requests for clarification or updates
- Engaging in post-submission debriefs and contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Updating and organizing reusable content, templates, and past project summaries
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the organization’s service offerings, strengths, and market position
