Rochester Regional Health is hiring a Proposal Analyst to support the Clinical Trials Business Development team. You will assist with all functions of proposal and budget generation for clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
What You'll Do
- Review clinical protocols and Request for Proposal (RFP) materials to determine pricing and strategy.
- Assist in developing proposal generation strategies to optimize sales.
- Liaise between ACM and global affiliates to determine global pricing strategy.
- Assist with all areas of proposal and budget development, including SOP maintenance.
- Centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI).
- Assist in the creation and execution of global pricing strategy.
- Help ensure global consistency of laboratory pricing.
- Ensure clear communication between global laboratory partners and ACM Global Central Laboratory.
- Ensure all proposals are generated for timely delivery and participate in client defense meetings as required.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS, or 3-8 years of equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business or Sales Support setting.
Nice to Have
- Proficient in Excel.
- Understanding of pricing and contractual documents.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Experience with tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $60,500.00 - $85,000.00
