Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Concierge for the Kraam Sukhumvit 26 property in Bangkok. In this role, you will be the face of the residence, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all residents and visitors. You will be responsible for front desk management and play a key role in enhancing the customer living experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage the front desk and lobby area
- Greet and assist all residents and visitors, maintaining high levels of helpfulness and friendliness
- Monitor resident needs and respond to service-related emergencies as needed
- Promote positive and proactive resident relations to enhance the living experience
- Work with the management team to achieve excellence in service delivery and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Answer telephone lines and handle service requests
- Provide general information regarding the property and its surroundings to residents and visitors
- Assist with booking services if required
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and ad hoc admin assignments
- Act as eyes and ears in the absence of Management staff
What We're Looking For
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, events, general management, business administration or equivalent
- 1+ years of concierge experience in hospitality
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Willingness to work flexible hours including after hours or weekends
- Customer service-minded
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and fast learner
- Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done without required instruction
Team & Environment
This position reports to the Building Manager and is supervised by the Building Manager or Assistant Building Manager, working closely with the property management team.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in Bangkok, Thailand.
