- Collaborate with property managers to resolve financial issues

- Respond to inquiries from clients or regulatory bodies
- Update accounting systems with current transaction data
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identify and correct accounting errors promptly

- Participate in the development of accounting policies
- Train team members on trust accounting procedures
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records

- Review lease agreements for financial accuracy
