INNIO is looking for a Property Management Admin to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. You’ll provide dedicated administrative support to a remote client, managing a diverse set of tasks with precision and initiative. Your ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines will be crucial to your success.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support as an assistant to the BDM.
- Draft and send new business emails and proposals.
- Research comparable rentals for appraisal preparation.
- Enter appraisal follow-ups and outcomes.
- Prepare pre-listing information packs.
- Follow up with prospective landlords.
- Manage rental compliance.
- Manage online reviews and update the office website.
- Schedule social media posts and manage ActivePipe.
- Handle invoicing and process bond lodgements.
- File, organize digital documents, and perform data entry.
- Coordinate lease renewals and rent increases.
- Prepare rental application summaries and issue notices.
- Send updated authorities and owner instructions to existing clients on the rent roll.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related administrative field.
- 2+ years of extensive experience as an Admin Assistant working with remote teams.
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills; ability to drive conversations.
- Excellent call handling skills and a very keen attention to detail.
- A high level of initiative and critical thinking; can work with minimum supervision.
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, pleasing personality.
- Ability to build healthy business relationships with remote teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Australian teams servicing the Real Estate industry in a BPO set-up.
- Experience or familiarity with Real Estate tools such as Console, Inspection Real Estate, Agentbox, RealHub, PropertyMe, Property Tree, or ActivePipe.
- Call handling experience in a BPO setting.
