Rain Bird is hiring a Project Specification Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth by increasing market share in specification projects.
• Manage specifications from private sources like landscape architects and irrigation consultants, as well as public agency projects.
• Boost sales by establishing Corporate Account relationships with builders, developers, and other end customers.
• Meet annual sales targets for Rain Bird Landscape irrigation by collaborating with District and Specification Managers to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain and enhance systems for tracking specification share performance, using metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve specification outcomes across all customer groups, including landscape architects, irrigation consultants, public agencies, and professional sports organizations.
• Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with individual specification customers.
• Identify and implement ways to simplify doing business with Rain Bird for these customers.
