Project Resources Group (PRG) is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will handle key administrative duties and ensure the smooth execution of outside plant telecommunications construction projects, including underground and aerial fiber cable installation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct site walkouts and verify as-built plans.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage permitting processes with local municipalities.
- Prepare project documentation and manage material procurement.
- Compile reports and coordinate with local municipalities.
- Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity.
- Coordinate and schedule with cross-functional groups.
- Follow-up with city municipalities regarding permitting issues.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projects.
- Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs.
- Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing.
- Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands.

- A college degree is desired, but not required.
