Babcock International is looking for a Project Planner to play a pivotal role within our submarine support projects. You will shape, maintain, and develop the planning data that underpins critical defence engineering programmes, supporting informed decision-making across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

Assist the Senior Planner in developing, maintaining, and implementing the planning database.
Compile, reorganise, and standardise project data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Attend project meetings on behalf of the Senior Scheduler where required.
Produce high-level schedule visuals for programme reviews and stakeholder updates.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across project controls, engineering, and wider support teams.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
GCSEs or equivalent academic qualifications.
Must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of scheduling and planning methodologies.
Basic understanding of engineering systems.
Familiarity with scheduling or planning software.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
