AXIS Automation is hiring a Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee equipment projects from order placement to final delivery
  • Evaluate project challenges and determine corrective actions to align with client expectations, quality standards, and budget targets
  • Analyze project specifications and detect potential scope adjustments
  • Drive progress toward customer-defined milestones and coordinate required resources
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing to gather input for project bids
  • Guide, mentor, and inspire project team members through proactive leadership
  • Organize and lead project status updates, escalating urgent issues when necessary
  • Manage client interactions and inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal departments regarding project developments
  • Support additional organizational initiatives and departments as required
  • Create project management tools and refine execution methodologies
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture insights for future improvements
  • Travel as needed to support key project phases, client meetings, and proposal efforts
