As a Project Manager in the telecom sector, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all initiatives remain within defined scope, timeline, and financial parameters. Key Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end execution of telecom programs, including fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) rollouts and the integration of telecom charging platforms
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across technical and business units to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage deployment and integration of Ericsson-based telecom solutions and AI-enhanced systems
- Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve obstacles to maintain project momentum
- Define project goals, deliverables, and performance indicators in partnership with key stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation—such as plans, reports, and dashboards—is accurate and up to date
- Support team development through leadership, coaching, and performance guidance

Qualifications and Experience
