Procept Associates Professional Services Limited is seeking a Project Manager, Telecoms to lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects and programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. The role involves managing cross-functional teams and driving implementation of FTTH, telecom charging systems, and AI-enabled initiatives aligned with business goals and industry standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects and programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence
- Manage multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Drive the implementation and integration of FTTH, telecom charging systems and related platforms, including Ericsson solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to prevent project delays
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
- Oversee AI-enabled initiatives within telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and dashboards
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards
