Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of profit and loss and overall project organization.
- Set up the complete project team, including deciding which parts to develop where, managing vendor contracts, creating a full resource plan, handling key hiring and termination decisions, and establishing delivery processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and key performance indicators.
- Manage key customer relationships.
- Lead critical negotiations, such as those regarding project scope.
- Serve as the responsible project manager for specific functionality or areas, and manage handovers related to accounting.
- Resolve conflicts between delivery managers, project managers, and different teams.
- Drive key growth and development plans.
- Maintain the overall project plan and escalate any discrepancies to relevant parties.
- Update the release plan based on the outcomes of each sprint.
- Demonstrate experience in resource planning.
- Prepare project forecasts.
- Handle scope escalations.
Nice to Have
- PMP or Prince 2 project management certification is a plus.
