Allina Health is hiring a Project Manager - System Strategic Senior to lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects, interfacing with top-level executives and driving organizational alignment.

What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and manage system-wide organizational projects, typically greater than $5 million.
• Develop, lead, and manage projects using standard project management methodology and tools.
• Assess, evaluate, and recommend technical and business solutions.
• Develop, negotiate, and implement project prioritization processes.
• Balance resource requirements to determine project staffing needs.
• Support the identification, implementation, and sustainment of an industry standard project portfolio management process.
• Oversee key project planning, execution, and monitoring deliverables including timeline and cost.
• Organize, plan, estimate, and schedule assigned projects and tasks.
• Forecast, develop, and manage project capital and operating budgets.
• May facilitate the development and management of return on investment analysis.
• Evaluate vendor product offerings and lead the selection process.
• Facilitate the development, negotiation, and management of associated contracts.
• Support development of system-wide project tools and methodology.
• Develop standards for project deliverables.
• Identify system standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Mentor other leaders and project managers.
• Coach leaders and project managers on successful utilization of system standard project management tools and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing project teams and implementations.
• Project management professional or equivalent certification.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, healthcare or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.

• Hourly compensation: $43.65 to $60.40.
