- Act as the main contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, general contractors, electricians, and AV teams.
- Ensure the space is built to company specifications and that all pre-installation requirements are confirmed and documented before the installer is dispatched.
- Lead design calls with stakeholders to define the scope of work, confirm room dimensions and technical needs, agree on installation sequence, and set clear expectations for the build process.
- Verify that all design schematics and room configurations are accurate, match the client's vision, and are ready for field execution before work begins.
- Manage order procurement for each project, ensuring pricing, scope, and product specifications align with the signed Purchase Agreement and that all materials are ordered and tracked against the installation timeline.
- Provide active support to installation specialists during the installation week, monitor execution, address design questions in real time, and escalate scope or quality issues as needed.
- Hold weekly or biweekly coordination calls with Regional Installation Managers and scheduling coordinators to assign installer resources, plan site visits, and incorporate field feedback into upcoming project preparation.

- Travel monthly for site visits, pre-construction walkthroughs, and in-person meetings with clients and sales representatives within your territory.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project records across internal platforms like Monday.com and Salesforce, ensuring all project status, communications, and milestones are captured in real time.
- Monitor and manage a concurrent portfolio of projects with a target of 120 completed projects annually, proactively flagging scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or design issues before they impact the installation schedule.
