Pumpkin Insurance Services Inc was looking for a Project Manager - Senior

Pumpkin Insurance Services Inc is hiring a Senior Project Manager to report to the IPH Chief of Staff and help build out a newly established Enterprise Project Management Office. You will lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of several priority, enterprise-wide business projects that will shape the company's future.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain key strategic relationships.
  • Prepare communication materials, business cases, funding requests, and presentations to gain stakeholder acceptance for strategic plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Lead the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication strategies.
  • Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
  • Integrate vendor tasks into project plans and track and review vendor deliverables.
  • Perform project risk management.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence without authority.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptability, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to develop creative, practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Six-Sigma Green Belt or above, and/or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
  • Prior experience working in a global and/or consulting environment.
  • Experience in insurance or other regulated industries.
