Pumpkin Insurance Services Inc is hiring a Senior Project Manager to report to the IPH Chief of Staff and help build out a newly established Enterprise Project Management Office. You will lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of several priority, enterprise-wide business projects that will shape the company's future.
What You'll Do
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain key strategic relationships.
- Prepare communication materials, business cases, funding requests, and presentations to gain stakeholder acceptance for strategic plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication strategies.
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
- Integrate vendor tasks into project plans and track and review vendor deliverables.
- Perform project risk management.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of project management experience, including enterprise-level initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence without authority.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptability, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to develop creative, practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Six-Sigma Green Belt or above, and/or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
- Prior experience working in a global and/or consulting environment.
- Experience in insurance or other regulated industries.
