Experian is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Global Operations and Sales Excellence team. This role is critical to driving large-scale implementations and migrations that enhance seller and client experiences globally.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, complex, technical programs.
- Manage CRM migrations and related technical implementations across systems like CRM, CPQ, CLM, or billing.
- Partner with business and product owners across global teams to ensure alignment.
- Guide change management and partner engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to senior leaders and partners.
- Understand pre- and post-project experiences to improve future outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading complex, global technical projects, particularly migrations.
- Expertise in managing projects involving CRM, CPQ, CLM, or billing systems.
- Strong ability to partner with business and product owners across global teams.
- Demonstrated skill in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
- Experience analyzing project outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and governance.
