Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for a Project Manager (Remote - US)

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Project Manager to lead critical technology projects from inception to completion. You'll oversee cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to meet project goals while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing risks, changes, and scope adjustments proactively.
  • Manage project escalations and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely billing, revenue recognition, and subcontractor payment reconciliation in line with project contracts.
  • Document lessons learned, maintain thorough project records, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the success of specific product lines while building expertise across the broader portfolio.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools to track performance and communicate outcomes.
  • Conduct internal project meetings, delegate responsibilities, and promote collaboration across functions.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management platforms such as Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and manage project documentation.
  • Demonstrated competencies include decision-making, planning, problem-solving, and customer focus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with third-party vendors.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition and project margin calculations.
