Jobgether is hiring a Project Manager to oversee key processes supporting energy-efficiency program operations. In this remote role, you will ensure the accurate, timely handling of documentation, invoicing, and quality control while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Perform QA/QC reviews on submitted tools and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review all required contractor and Trade Ally documents to support processing for incentive payments.
- Prepare and submit weekly check batches and invoices for designated energy-efficiency programs.
- Serve as a point of contact between internal back-office teams and Trade Allies, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Support ongoing program operations by maintaining organized workflows and adhering to established procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of New Jersey energy-efficiency programs and their operational requirements.
- Familiarity with JCP&L Direct Install, Building, and HVAC Tune-Up programs.
- Understanding of the processes for receiving utility incentives.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-oriented working style.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency working with documentation workflows and Excel-based tools.
