About the Role

Jobgether is hiring an AI Self-Service Program Manager to spearhead our AI-driven customer support initiatives. You will lead the development and optimization of our self-service platforms, including chatbot and voice AI systems, delivering smarter and more seamless support experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations of AI self-service platforms to ensure reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as containment, deflection, accuracy, and CSAT to uncover actionable insights.
  • Optimize AI intelligence through prompt engineering, conversational design improvements, and seamless integrations across systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to close content gaps and scale platform capabilities.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that align AI self-service with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and impact of AI-driven support solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in support operations, knowledge management, or AI/automation platform management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI technologies such as chatbots or voice AI.
  • Background in conversational design and prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in project and vendor management, with excellent communication and storytelling skills focused on customer experience.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder mentality, capable of scaling systems, processes, and technology.
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven self-service and automation platforms, including optimization of chatbots or voice AI.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and vendors around shared objectives.
