RemoteVA PH is hiring a Project Manager (Quantity Surveyor / Architect) to manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires extensive experience in the UK construction market and a blend of architectural design and quantity surveying expertise.

What You'll Do

Perform preconstruction tasks including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, and scoping.
Manage tender processes: split packages, prepare documents, send to subcontractors, and compile tender information.
Review plans and propose value-engineered alternatives.
Set up and manage JCT contracts.
Oversee post-contract project management, including CSA, budget control, procurement, cashflow, and quality control.
Manage handover, O+M, services and utilities, building control, and warranty providers.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or Architect in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar software.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
Extensive experience in the UK construction market.
