About the Role

At New Story, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams and drive initiatives to successful completion. You'll be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, managing resources, and ensuring outcomes meet our organizational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Create and maintain core project documents including charters, schedules, risk logs, budgets, and communication plans.
  • Manage competing priorities and optimize the use of resources across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication with sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery with clear outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Enforce project governance standards including change control, escalations, and PMO processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project deliverables.
  • Provide consistent project reporting and executive summaries.
  • Drive process improvements across PMO tools, standards, and workflows.
  • Integrate cross-functional workstreams and manage matrixed resources.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness for deployment.
  • Maintain PMO tools such as project intake forms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Stay current on project management best practices and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with Visio.

Nice to Have

  • PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred.
