Responsibilities
- Maintain release timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations across the product portfolio, tracking actuals against baselines for scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage product releases in the appropriate information system and ensure data integrity and completeness across all active release plans.
- Ensure consistency in product portfolio reporting; produce regular status updates for stakeholders through dashboards, charts, and presentations.
- Track progress across product release projects; flag risks and issues proactively.
- Handle documentation and stakeholder communication throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain operational dashboards covering learner engagement, content feedback, completion metrics, and project KPIs.
- Evaluate proposed changes to the release schedule before proposing them for approval by following established change control processes.
- Act as the go-to point of contact when stakeholders change requirements or priorities, ensuring teams can adapt quickly and without losing control of delivery.
- Maintain a change log and communicate approved decisions clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure change control processes are consistently followed and continuously improved across all projects.
- Use data visualization tools to provide real-time insights into release process health and performance trends.
- Track operational goals and recommend improvements based on trend analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate the creation, publication, and maintenance of release-related communications across multiple product editions and release streams.
- Maintain supporting documentation including known issues, administrator guidance, maintenance windows, and compatibility matrices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams to gather accurate release information and communicate changes effectively.
- Ensure consistent messaging across learning, documentation, and customer communication channels.
- Act as the central point of coordination for learning, documentation, and project support requests across the organization.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests from ticketing systems, support channels, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive timely resolution of issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Administer learning technologies, including the LMS and certification platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end publication of new training content, including courses, exams, learning paths, and certifications.
- Coordinate updates to existing learning assets and ensure changes are reflected accurately across all learning platforms.
- Maintain learning catalogs, homepage layouts, and content discoverability within the learning portal.
- Coordinate localization of learning content, certifications, and portal pages with internal stakeholders and external translation vendors.
- Manage user access, permissions, and vendor relationships; monitor system integrations and data synchronisation processes.
