Hire Overseas is looking for a proactive Project Manager (Marketing Agency) to help streamline workflows, manage client deliverables, and keep campaigns running on track. You will oversee client project timelines, keep account managers aligned, and support analytics and reporting for campaign performance.

What You'll Do

Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
Ensure account managers stay on top of campaign activities and deadlines.
Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
Track performance metrics for social media campaigns with a focus on Twitter launches.
Compile reports and share insights with internal teams and clients.
Support data-driven decision-making to optimize future campaign performance.
Partner with account managers to ensure smooth client communication and delivery.
Keep creative, strategy, and content teams aligned on project priorities.
Flag risks, blockers, and missed deadlines and escalate when needed.

What We're Looking For

2 to 4+ years of project management experience in a marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of keeping projects moving.
Skilled at building reports, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability across teams.
Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have

Experience managing or reporting on Twitter campaigns.
Familiarity with social media growth strategies or content-first campaigns.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion.

Team & Environment

Direct collaboration with account managers, strategists, and creators. You'll have hands-on involvement in social media launches for fast-growing brands.
