Make-A-Wish America is hiring a Project Manager

Make-A-Wish America is looking for a Project Manager to guide projects from concept to completion, directly supporting our mission to grant life-changing wishes. In this role, you will serve as a central partner to creative, brand, and campaign stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Guide projects from initial intake through final delivery.
• Partner closely with creative, brand, and campaign stakeholders to develop effective project management strategies.
• Improve processes and ensure clear communication, visibility, and alignment across initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and coordination of efforts and resources.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or account management, with demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects.
• Experience in creative, marketing, or agency-style environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from both tactical and strategic perspectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on improving processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
• Understanding of creative development processes across various formats and channels.
• Ability to facilitate productive discussions and clearly represent marketing and creative approaches to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Experience using data and reporting to communicate project status, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Ability to think creatively and critically while working collaboratively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in production and/or video management.
• Experience with Microsoft CoPilot.
• Experience with project management software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Technical Stack

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Microsoft CoPilot (preferred).
• Project management software (preferred).

• Compensation: $61,916—$72,842 USD with annual incentive potential.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role. Remote positions are open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S. Hybrid positions are open to applicants based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
