RemoteVA PH is looking for a Project Manager to support a solo legal practice serving clients in New York and New Jersey. In this role, you will take ownership of workflows and client communication, focusing on matters in Estate Planning, Probate, and Medicaid within a structured environment.
What You'll Do
- Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
- Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews.
- Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule.
- Ensure smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Recent experience using project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
