MSX International is hiring a Project Manager - Lead Management & Field Performance as the operational owner of a client's end-to-end sales funnel. You will drive high-performance execution by managing a Lead Management Center and a team of field consultants to maximize lead-to-sale conversion.
What You'll Do
- Define and monitor the lead lifecycle from ingestion to dealer acceptance, optimizing contact strategies.
- Own the LMC KPI suite: Speed-to-Lead, Contact Rate, Qualification Rate, and Appointment Set Rate.
- Implement a robust QA framework, conducting weekly calibration sessions and 1-to-1 coaching.
- Manage staffing levels, shifts, and multilingual coverage to meet fluctuating lead volumes and client SLAs.
- Manage a team of MSX consultants embedded at customer/dealer sites, ensuring execution of MSX best practices.
- Ensure 'The MSX Way' is applied consistently across all remote projects.
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with the client, providing actionable insights.
- Manage the project budget, responsible for monthly forecasting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
- Maintain a 'Process Improvement Log' and proactively suggest workflow automations or CRM enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Contact Center Management or Sales Operations, specifically within Inside Sales or Lead Management.
- Proven experience managing remote/distributed teams where performance must be managed via KPIs and remote reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics) and Business Intelligence tools. Ability to build and interpret performance dashboards.
- High 'Persuasion IQ' with the ability to influence both internal team and external dealer stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Automotive sector experience (understanding of dealer dynamics and OEM sales cycles).

You will manage a team of MSX Field Consultants deployed at customer sites and a team of MSX consultants embedded at customer/dealer sites.

- Salary: up to EUR 60,000 yearly.
