Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager II to manage and support multiple internal product, software development, and service projects in a dynamic, fully remote environment. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while supporting process improvement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Assist in developing, executing, and tracking project plans under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support alignment of project goals with client requirements and service delivery expectations.
- Facilitate communication, change management, and conflict resolution within project teams.
- Track project performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
- Support process standardization and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies, escalating issues when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in software, product, or service projects.
- Experience using AI or GenAI tools in a professional setting.
- Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Strategic decision-making, high energy, and collaborative mindset.
- Occasional travel for meetings or training sessions as required.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
