Zenara Health is hiring an Executive Operations Lead (Junior CEO) to serve as the founder's right hand and own the company's operating system. In this remote role, you will set the organizational cadence, convert noise into clarity, and ensure disciplined follow-through to ship outcomes weekly.
What You'll Do
- Own cadence and discipline: run weekly executive reviews, lead 30-day planning, and maintain the single source of truth for actions, decisions, and risks.
- Convert noise to clarity: transform calls and transcripts into concise one-page briefs with owners and dates, managing tight follow-ups.
- Manage cross-team throughput across product, customer readiness, GTM, vendors, and hiring; escalate early and kindly.
- Provide founder leverage through agenda hygiene, pre-reads, and kind, decisive prioritization to reduce fire drills.
- Run the operational cadence from day one; scope ramps as you deliver.
- Decline meetings without pre-reads, protect the plan of record, re-sequence work, and escalate early with backing.
- Use tools and AI: Atlassian (Jira/Confluence/Atlas) and Microsoft 365/Teams; leverage AI (Atlassian Intelligence and Microsoft Copilot) to summarize, route, and automate.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in a Founders’ Office, Chief of Staff (execution), BizOps, or Program-Delivery role at a fast-moving organization.
- Clear written communication and AI-assisted operations: ability to prompt LLMs well, edit outputs fast, and ship clean briefs and updates.
- An operator’s toolkit: experience with RAID logs, dependencies, workback plans, and change management; ability to influence without authority.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence/Atlas, Microsoft 365/Teams, Atlassian Intelligence, and Microsoft Copilot.
Nice to Have
- An MBA is welcome but not required.
