About the Role

As a Project Manager II, you will oversee medium to high-complexity initiatives across multiple business lines, guiding projects from planning through execution. You'll develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, and budgets, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead concurrent projects, coordinating with functional leads, finance, and executive stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables
  • Identify, assess, and proactively address project risks, dependencies, and scope changes
  • Monitor quality benchmarks to ensure final outputs meet contractual and operational requirements
  • Produce and distribute status updates, performance metrics, and budget reports
  • Support continuous improvement of project management practices and internal standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align project outcomes with strategic priorities

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Required experience includes 3–5 years in project management, with 1–3 years focused on client-facing healthcare IT implementations. Familiarity with PMI frameworks and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheets is expected.

You must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, sound decision-making, and effective communication skills. Experience managing multiple workstreams under indirect supervision is required, along with the ability to mentor team members and adapt to evolving project demands.

Knowledge of regulated environments is critical—candidates must comply with HIPAA, SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and other applicable standards. Experience in financial services or other highly regulated sectors may be considered an asset.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position requiring periodic travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events—up to 25% of the time. You will work across departments with diverse professionals dedicated to transforming the prescription experience through innovation and collaboration.
