This role supports the successful delivery of new product development (NPD) initiatives by providing structured coordination across multiple functions. Working closely with project leadership, the Associate Project Manager helps maintain project momentum by tracking key deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end NPD execution using the Phase Gate process by maintaining project schedules, monitoring task progress, and identifying dependencies.
- Flag potential risks related to timing or resource constraints and communicate them promptly to senior project leads.
- Coordinate contributions from Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, and Creative teams to align inputs and maintain forward progress.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, document decisions, and clarify action items with clear ownership.
- Track risk mitigation efforts and escalate issues when project scope, deadlines, or quality standards are at risk.
- Deliver regular updates to core team members, highlighting progress, open items, and upcoming milestones.
- Learn and apply PMO methodologies and tools to improve consistency and predictability in product launch processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a technical support role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to track complex timelines and catch issues early.
- Clear and effective communication skills across departments and functional areas.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on collaboration and timely resolution.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Emerging skills in conflict resolution and influencing without direct authority.
- Comfort maintaining composure and focus when managing competing priorities or tight deadlines.
Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is US$71,000 – US$86,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, accrued vacation, floating holidays, and designated company closures.
