Lidl is looking for a Project Manager for HR Digitalisation and Mobile Solutions to lead the international rollout of HR applications on mobile devices. You will focus on developing device strategy, enhancing the employee experience, and collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive this key digital transformation.
What You'll Do
- Develop a clear device strategy for the HR area to optimally support the workforce.
- Identify measures to design an excellent employee experience through user-friendly mobile HR solutions.
- Analyze device and app usage and derive concrete measures to increase user acceptance.
- Work closely in tandem with the technical expert.
- Perform strong interface work with sales and logistics for necessary harmonizations of processes.
- Consult and empower international HR teams for efficient use of devices and mobile solutions.
- Prepare decision templates and present solution-oriented concepts for management.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in HR, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the HR sector, ideally with a focus on technology and digitalization.
- Good technical understanding with corresponding knowledge in user experience and test management.
- Experience in managing international transformation or digitalization projects.
- Experience in agile project methods.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and solution orientation.
- Fluent German and English language skills in both spoken and written form.
