Peachy is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely and predictable delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-converting digital commerce experiences built for performance and scalability.
What You'll Do
- Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver IT products and services.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation.
- Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product delivery.
- Track project health and anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers.
- Coordinate the internal work of the design and development teams.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in project management (planning, monitoring, control, decision-making facilitation)
- Proven ability to influence and mentor team members
- Experience in business process design
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven project management experience in tech/IT companies
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Familiarity with task boards like Jira, Shortcut, Notion, etc.
- English proficiency—Upper intermediate or native level
