We are hiring a bilingual English & Mandarin Speaking Project Manager to act as the primary coordinator for global enterprise customers. You will leverage cross-functional expertise to guide partners through complex API integrations, from conception to launch, ensuring all deliverables meet strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca's brokerage APIs.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and align on resources.
- Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, drive action items, and ensure progress toward deliverables.
- Track and report on project status, risks, and dependencies to internal leadership and partners.
- Help partners navigate onboarding requirements, such as KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures.
- Document processes and continuously improve onboarding frameworks to scale future integrations.
- Be the face of Alpaca to some of the largest enterprise businesses in their respective regions.
- Provide transparent updates to Alpaca’s leadership team on successes, blockers, and solutions.
- Stay updated on internal product development timelines and roll out new features to partners.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Alpaca’s API.
- Ensure partner feature requests are communicated and prioritized with technical teams.
- Support the customer success team with advice on integration items and new products.
- Solutionize for partners targeting key regions to drive the company's mission.
- Create internal and external resources for partners and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.
- Strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work with customers around the world.
- Familiarity and interest in FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications.
- Startup mindset.
- Sales and customer success background.
- Training and enablement experience.
- Experience with communication and project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Brokerage or stocks experience.
- Crypto experience.
- Familiarity with Metabase.
- Experience with modern APIs (REST, Websockets, Server Sent Events).
- Experience with enterprise software implementations.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with issue management (JIRA) and API logging tools.
- Familiarity with Postman and curl requests.
