At Alpaca, our mission is opening financial services to everyone on the planet. We are hiring a bilingual English & Mandarin Speaking Project Manager to act as the primary coordinator for global enterprise customers. You will leverage cross-functional expertise to guide partners through complex API integrations, from conception to launch, ensuring all deliverables meet strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca's brokerage APIs.
Collaborate with external stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and align on resources.
Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, drive action items, and ensure progress toward deliverables.
Track and report on project status, risks, and dependencies to internal leadership and partners.
Help partners navigate onboarding requirements, such as KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures.
Document processes and continuously improve onboarding frameworks to scale future integrations.
Be the face of Alpaca to some of the largest enterprise businesses in their respective regions.
Provide transparent updates to Alpaca’s leadership team on successes, blockers, and solutions.
Stay updated on internal product development timelines and roll out new features to partners.
Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Alpaca’s API.
Ensure partner feature requests are communicated and prioritized with technical teams.
Support the customer success team with advice on integration items and new products.
Solutionize for partners targeting key regions to drive the company's mission.
Create internal and external resources for partners and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.
Strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work with customers around the world.
Familiarity and interest in FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications.
Startup mindset.
Sales and customer success background.
Training and enablement experience.
Experience with communication and project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.

Nice to Have

Brokerage or stocks experience.
Crypto experience.
Familiarity with Metabase.
Experience with modern APIs (REST, Websockets, Server Sent Events).
Experience with enterprise software implementations.
Technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with issue management (JIRA) and API logging tools.
Familiarity with Postman and curl requests.
