Nationale‑Nederlanden seeks a Project Manager to drive the digital transformation of our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework. In this role, you will lead the design, build, and rollout of the new digital TPRM workflow, coordinating ServiceNow development and guiding business units through implementation. You will act as the key link between the NL TPRM programme and the international project team.
What You'll Do
- Finalise the TPRM Digital Flow design and build for the contract management phase, validating workflow logic, assessments, task routing, and dashboards.
- Oversee build & delivery, prioritising sprint planning and monitoring progress.
- Develop and execute the implementation plan across Dutch Business Units, including timelines, readiness checks, user onboarding, and cut-over activities.
- Manage change and user adoption during implementation.
- Align with the TPRM Project manager for International Business Units, incorporating international requirements and dependencies.
- Maintain overall project plan, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare decision papers, status updates, and resource forecasts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as project manager in complex IT projects.
- Advanced skills in stakeholder alignment across multiple business units or functions.
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Nice to Have
- Practical knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management processes (or related domains).
- Experience working with ServiceNow (or similar workflow automation platforms).
