Mirantis is seeking a client-facing Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary initiatives in cloud, platform, and AI domains. This role acts as a delivery leader and trusted advisor, working directly with clients and internal teams to translate business goals into executable plans and ensure delivery excellence and long-term customer success.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and AI/data initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding them through complex technical programs
- Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, aligning stakeholders across client and internal teams
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks to drive execution
- Manage delivery in iterative and evolving environments, especially for projects where scope and outcomes may develop over time
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive practical, outcome-oriented resolutions
- Ensure strong financial and commercial management of projects, including scope control, change management, and margin awareness
- Facilitate clear, concise communication across all levels, including executive stakeholders
- Contribute to account growth by identifying follow-on opportunities and helping shape new engagements
- Continuously improve delivery practices, bringing structure where needed while maintaining flexibility for innovation
