GoMining is looking for a Project Manager to own the execution of cross-functional projects from planning to delivery. You'll focus on bringing structure, predictability, and execution quality to our fast-growing, product-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, and execution.
- Break down high-level goals into clear tasks, priorities, and deliverables.
- Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams in parallel.
- Coordinate work across product, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and operations teams.
- Act as the single point of alignment between stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and proactively resolve them.
- Build and maintain clear project workflows and delivery processes.
- Own project documentation, task tracking, and status reporting.
- Improve processes to increase delivery speed, transparency, and predictability.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate planning sessions, syncs, and retrospectives.
- Ensure expectations are aligned across teams.
- Track delivery metrics and execution KPIs.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes and proper handover between teams.
- Support continuous improvement through post-launch analysis and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Industry experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to structure ambiguous tasks and bring clarity.
- Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management approaches.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, international team.
- English proficiency at a B2/C1 level, able to communicate with global stakeholders.
