Join BTSE as a Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic software projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your focus will be on execution excellence, resource coordination, and stakeholder alignment for implementation.

What You'll Do

Manage the entire lifecycle of software projects from initiation to release, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, BD, Marketing, business operations, and Executive teams to ensure aligned priorities and smooth handoffs.
Strategically allocate team resources, tools, and budgets. Monitor expenses to optimize project ROI.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with clear milestones and dependencies. Track progress and re-align plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and refine product requirements. Assess feasibility and manage scope and feature prioritization.
Guide planning, sprint execution, and backlog management for multiple large-scale projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, business units, and R&D. Provide clear, timely updates.
Maintain and update essential project documentation including BRD/PRD progress and delivery milestones.
Identify potential risks early and proactively remove blockers. Provide data-informed decisions.
Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and templates.
Foster a supportive, accountable environment. Provide mentorship to junior PMs.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management within the technology sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end projects with attention to planning, coordination, and delivery.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, driving timelines, and ensuring execution within defined scope and budget.
Hands-on experience or strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and software development.
Skilled in maintaining key project documents including BRDs, PRDs, and technical design documents.
Ability to synthesize technical and business inputs to align project deliverables with business objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, interdisciplinary environments.
