Join BTSE as a Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic software projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your focus will be on execution excellence, resource coordination, and stakeholder alignment for implementation.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire lifecycle of software projects from initiation to release, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, BD, Marketing, business operations, and Executive teams to ensure aligned priorities and smooth handoffs.
- Strategically allocate team resources, tools, and budgets. Monitor expenses to optimize project ROI.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with clear milestones and dependencies. Track progress and re-align plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and refine product requirements. Assess feasibility and manage scope and feature prioritization.
- Guide planning, sprint execution, and backlog management for multiple large-scale projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, business units, and R&D. Provide clear, timely updates.
- Maintain and update essential project documentation including BRD/PRD progress and delivery milestones.
- Identify potential risks early and proactively remove blockers. Provide data-informed decisions.
- Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and templates.
- Foster a supportive, accountable environment. Provide mentorship to junior PMs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end projects with attention to planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, driving timelines, and ensuring execution within defined scope and budget.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and software development.
- Skilled in maintaining key project documents including BRDs, PRDs, and technical design documents.
- Ability to synthesize technical and business inputs to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, interdisciplinary environments.
