Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is looking for a Project Manager to join our ICT Planning & Portfolio Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will deliver key strategic initiatives, shape the user experience, and contribute to enhancing our digital environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the Intranet Redesign to shape and implement a modern, user-friendly experience.
- Contribute to critical Cybersecurity Projects for security enhancements.
- Provide flexible support across other Strategic ICT initiatives as needed.

- 3 – 5 years Project Management experience.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience in ICT projects, intranet platforms, or cybersecurity.
Technical Stack
- SharePoint / Microsoft 365 for intranet and collaboration solutions.
- Planview or similar portfolio management tools for project tracking and reporting.
- Agile methodologies with familiarity with boards and iterative delivery.
- Cybersecurity fundamentals with understanding of security principles and compliance.

You will be part of the ICT Planning & Portfolio Management team.
Work Mode
This role is based onsite in East Tamaki, Auckland.
