  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across functional, technical, data, and testing resources within the workstream.
  • Track progress against plan, proactively managing issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery on time.
  • Work closely with Functional Leads to translate functional scope into clear delivery plans and executable activities.
  • Manage workstream governance in line with programme standards, including RAID logs, status reporting, and milestone reviews.
  • Coordinate internal resources working with system integrator teams and third-party vendors.
  • Identify and manage cross-workstream and programme dependencies, working with peer PMs, workstream leads, and the programme PMO.
  • Plan and manage workstream activities across all testing phases, including System, Integration, and UAT.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between business stakeholders, Functional Leads, Technical Leads, and delivery partners.
