Prematch is looking for a Project Manager to take overall accountability for delivering projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will lead project teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and act as a key implementer of company policies on-site.
What You'll Do
- Take overall leadership and accountability for the project's course and delivery.
- Assess client requirements and strategize the implementation of project design methods for constructability, quality, cost, and time.
- Formulate and implement a procurement strategy aligned with business and project needs.
- Develop execution and control strategies in cooperation with the client.
- Lead project design review meetings to ensure alignment with client objectives and business strategy.
- Manage multiple stakeholder scenarios, including Client Teams, Design Teams, and Quality Consultants.
- Manage escalations and develop solutions at the highest levels across stakeholders.
- Review construction methods regarding feasibility, scope for improvement, and cost/time-effective alternatives.
- Oversee the overall monitoring and control of project execution.
- Implement all company policies at the project site.
- Interface internally on all strategic matters.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure project close-out with all required documentation.
- Ensure the transfer of lessons learned from the project and the implementation of lessons from previous projects.
- Ensure the contract between the client and company is fully implemented.
What We're Looking For
- A B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 15 years or more of relevant project management experience.
- Experience completing at least 1-2 Hotel, Industrial, or Warehouse projects end-to-end.
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with a Project Management Consultancy is preferred.
