Transport for London (TfL) is looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex parking and digital services projects across Australasia. You will manage projects from the initial design and planning phases through installation, commissioning, and final handover.
What You'll Do
- Manage projects from design and planning through installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with customers and technical experts to validate designs, manage pre-requisites, and ensure all project documentation and approvals are in place.
- Own project schedules, critical paths, risk registers, budgets, forecasts, and variation management, keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
- Act as the central point of contact for customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, driving alignment, accountability, and clear communication.
- Manage cost control, invoicing milestones, revenue recognition, variations, and final accounts in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, governance, and documentation requirements, delivering defect-free projects and seamless handovers to service teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, parking, transport, or technology-based projects.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- A proactive, resilient mindset with strong leadership presence and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to parking systems, access control, IoT, or digital platforms is highly regarded.
