AmeriHealth Caritas is seeking a Project Manager Senior to join our ePMO and support key initiatives within our Enterprise Analytics vertical. You will apply advanced expertise to complex business challenges, develop new methods, and lead high-impact projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage large, complex, and high-risk internal projects, potentially involving high-level concept design.
- Oversee project financials, meeting or exceeding approved budgets and providing reliable forecasts to management.
- Manage relationships with upper-level stakeholders.
- Lead project teams of greater than 20 people, mentoring members and providing detailed performance feedback.
What We're Looking For
- At least seven (7) years of experience in a Project Management or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of key services, operational policies, and project management methodologies.
- Ability to speak with authority on project management methods.
- Commitment to leveraging training and mentoring opportunities.
- PMP Certified or actively pursuing PMP PMI Certification (or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience on Enterprise Analytics projects.
- Healthcare experience, preferably with Medicaid/Medicare.
Team & Environment
This role manages resources with a team size greater than 20 people. You will lead and provide expertise to functional project teams, participate in cross-functional initiatives, and may mentor lower-level associates.
